Back Garden with Summer House

New Summer house a big hit with children & grown ups alike. The log cabin summer house has good rattan furniture, electricity, insulated laminate flooring, and is very comfortable. There is a TV with DVD, so the kids can watch their own stuff, while the grown ups are in the cottage. It even has some toys for the younger ones. It is set in the large back garden, where there is plenty of space to kick a ball, play badminton, play lawn dominoes etc.

Hot Tub & Sunbathing deck

New 5 seater Hydropool Hot Tub - a wonderful experience in the open air. This fabulous new feature has to be experienced. A hot bath out in the open air, looking out over the mountains and coast of the Llyn Peninsula. It’s elevated position gives an amazing view, whilst the therapeutic water jets massage your neck, shoulders back and feet. You get out rejuvinated, whether its sunny or snowing - wonderful. Sunbathing Patio

Through the French doors from the lounge. Complete with reclining loungers with mattresses, chairs and a picnic table. It is a private area secluded behind fences but facing south west for the best of the sun

Dining Patio

Conveniently situated off the kitchen. This slate flagged patio has an aluminium table & chairs for up to 8 people. It has a large gas barbeque (gas provided) and faces west - ideal for the evening sun. There is a sun shade and an outside electric point and lighting. A wonderful place to enjoy an evening glass of wine and mull over the days activities - and plan tomorrow’s! Two steps lead down onto the lawn.

In summer the decking to the summer house has an awning which provides an element of shade for those who don’t like full sun. A lovely place to relax to watch the marine activity from its elevated position. Another lovely area to sit and reminisce with a glass (or two).

The lounge has a large picture window with cushioned window seats. The local train can be viewed across the fields, running every hour or so - a journey well worth taking from the local Abererch station (8 mins walk) down to Harlech, Barmouth or Aberdovey - the prettiest of journeys along the coast.

Well stocked Gardens

There are plenty of grassed areas around the cottage and a large field in front of the car park usually inhabited by sheep. There are areas of slate chipped garden planted with miniature pines, firs, hollies, hydrangeas, camellias and many other species of plants and bushes.

Wisteria Attached to the west wall of the cottage

A very mature Wisteria adorns the front of the cottage, flowering purple in March to May then with rich green foliage until November.

Hydrangeas and Rhododendrons

Glorious large headed flowers. Hydrangeas and Rhododendrons thrive in this area with the sea air and wonderful soil conditions. We have several varieties, and some with dual pink or blue heads. Flower from May to November.
